Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Vig Terminal (“we”, “us”) is operated by [Legal entity name TBD], [Business address TBD]. These terms cover the website, alerts, tools and any related apps (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.

2. An information tool, not a sportsbook

• The Service gives sports-betting information: odds comparisons, fair-price estimates, expected-value (+EV) and arbitrage flags, stake suggestions, calculators and education.
• We are not a sportsbook, exchange, operator or tipster. We do not take bets, hold your money, place bets for you, or settle bets.
• Any bet you make is between you and the sportsbook or platform you choose, under its rules.

3. Who can use it

• You must be 21 or older.
• You are responsible for following the law where you are, including whether sports betting, DFS pick'em or prediction markets are legal for you. Which books we show for your state is our best information, not legal advice.
• One account per person. Do not open accounts for anyone else, and do not use anyone else's sportsbook account.

4. No guarantees, no advice

• Flags estimate value from market prices. They are about probabilities: a +EV bet can lose, and you can lose money over any period, including long ones.
• Prices change fast. Information can be late, incomplete or wrong, partly because it comes from third-party data providers. Check the price at the book before you bet.
• Stake suggestions apply a formula (fractional Kelly) to the bankroll you enter. They are not a recommendation to bet, and nothing in the Service is financial, investment, legal or tax advice.
• Past results, including our public closing-line ledger, do not predict future results.
• AI features read bet slips and write explanations; they can make mistakes. Prices and expected values come from our pricing engine, never from the AI. Check before you act.

5. Your account

Keep your email account secure: it is how you sign in. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at support@vigterminal.com if you think someone else has used it.

6. Plans and billing

• There is a Free plan and paid plans (Basic, Upgraded, Ultimate), billed monthly or yearly at the prices shown at checkout. Our payment provider processes payments under its own terms; we do not store your card details.
• Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
• Refunds: monthly plans are not refunded for part of a month. A yearly plan can be refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of being charged for it; after that, it runs to the end of the year you paid for.
• If a renewal payment fails, we may keep your access for a short grace period, then move you to the Free plan.
• Prices may include or exclude taxes depending on where you are.
• We will tell you before a price change applies to your next renewal.

7. Fair use

You agree not to:

• resell, publish in bulk, or redistribute our flags, prices or data, or offer them as a feed or service of your own;
• scrape, crawl or access the Service with bots or other automated means, or try to get around plan limits;
• share your account, or reverse engineer, overload or attack the Service;
• use the Service to break the law or a sportsbook's rules, including betting through accounts that are not yours.

8. Sportsbooks and other third parties

We link to sportsbooks and other sites we do not control. Their names and marks belong to their owners; showing them does not mean they endorse us or we endorse them. Books may limit or close accounts at their discretion; we are not responsible for their decisions.

9. Responsible gambling

The Service includes loss limits, session reminders, cool-off periods and self-exclusion. A running cool-off cannot be shortened, and self-exclusion cannot be lifted from the app. If betting stops being fun, call or text 1-800-GAMBLER. We may pause an account if we believe the Service is harming its owner.

10. Your content

Bets you log and screenshots you upload stay yours. You let us use them to run the Service for you. If you join the leaderboard, your display name and closing-line results are shown publicly; you can leave it at any time.

11. Our content

The Service, its software, data and flags belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use them while your account is in good standing.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about it, including that it is accurate, uninterrupted or fit for a particular purpose.

13. Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for betting losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and US$100.

14. Indemnity

You will cover our reasonable costs from claims caused by your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Service.

15. Suspension and closing

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the law, with notice where we can give it.

16. Changes

We may update these terms. We will tell you about material changes before they apply; continuing to use the Service after that means you accept them.
